Atta boy. (frank) cycles and age gaps and perceived large hauls. The guy is fun to watch and I look forward to every time he steps on the ice. Good and bad. - bloatedmosquito
Seriously, I know we will never win a cup but can’t we at least be entertained 🤷♂️

This is an unpopular take, but I actually like Pearson. He fights and competes, brings the important 'intangibles.' A 40 point guy for $3.25m isn't terrible. He's not someone I would spend assets to get rid of. I'd want something decent in return for him.
Only if the big haul isn’t offered.
Win either way imo - Nighthawk
Even if you get a great return when you are giving up your top players you are going to step back into Ottawa Detroit territory who are no where near contenders. Canucks are not doing a rebuild.

Someone is going to come in and say that Canucks fans love mediocrity a little too much.

A team like Nashville that could probably add a bit more to their bottom 6. 24M in cap space next season with only Forsberg to sign. They have an extra 3rd round pick this year.
You were partly correct before when you said shiny new things. Some of these offers are a joke. You are gutting the Canucks and taking back scraps that the unknowing are drooling over. People need to do the research of who they are asking for.
I can see if Miller does want out then that changes everything but so far it is speculation. I would rather clear space and add to the top players not take away.
Boeser is starting to show chemistry with Miller so I am still keeping that book open . If he is going to reach 25 goals this year then I reconsider keeping him.

I don't know how this team is ?
They have played 200 % better since dumping Green . Petey has pretty well had a really bad year . They have played very well against top teams and even won some. I am still giving it more time before I am tearing it down.

Some are just always trading everyone all the time. Too many day by day fans
I see the new Canucks management doing things like signing euro and college free agents, making trades like Daniel Sprong for Marcus Pettersson or a 6th round pick for John Marino.
