I said if it's "my money". A fact you conveniently ignored. Shocked I am. Shocked. Last I checked I do not own the Montreal Canadiens

But you took half a sentence for your own point while ignoring the other half. That's just blatantly dishonest to try and score points. C'mon man

Score points? There are points?

We were talking about how we perceive different situations, I used the same image as you did to express how you could easily miss out on a great situation based on your perception.

Nothing more.

Fact Caufield played 21 minutes last night, has 4 goals in 4 games and look like an attacking threat. His usage is a decision made by MSL. Yeah, you're right there's no facts in anything I'm saying.

It's probably also just my opinion that the team is trying harder under STL than they were under Ducharme, I mean winning 3-2 over St-Louis and losing 7-1 to NJ are essentially the same.

Right back to work, blog at lunch.

and mostly what : 1 goal in 30 games before that ?

You took part of the image. I said if this situation happened in a business with my money on the line I'd be looking for the exit. See where the dishonesty in your presentation is?

If Microsoft hired a CEO who immediately started hiring friends with no relevant experience to highly competitive positions the board of directors would immediately take issue with it...as they should

It is starting to look like a country club.

Sadly that’s the way these teams are run.

Hell, even Kevin Lowe still has a job..

That's not true. You keeping saying it doesn't make it more true.

If I've worked or collaborated with someone for many years and know the man has great ideas or can do the job I need, why would I shy away from him? You get that man because you need to be sure of who you're hiring.

It's all about how you spin it and results will tell the whole story afterwards.

So take that exit if you must, but you could very well miss out.

- Scabeh

Now its like HR ever ask you if you know someone with experience and great ideas and fun to work with

Oh wait...

The difference in his game is spectacular.

He went from being completely lost on the ice to having numerous scoring chances per game.

We've said it before but losing is fine if I keep seeing improvement from Caufield, Suzuki, Poehling, Romanov, etc.

And Montembault is seriously making a case for himself being a backup next year.

what would you know? All you do is run a successful business and have an extensive history of hiring for positions in that successful business

I dont think he played every game, was sent to laval and all, but to not see he a different man since the hire of MSL is pure madness !

Now lets get rid of Petry so that Coco can wear # 26 !

Competitive positions that they have NO relevant experience in.

If this goes bad, the same people waving pompoms will be demanding scalps and heads on spikes

- Takemedrunkimhome

That is true, still doesn't mean its a bad hire

I think everybody's point is just : let see what they can do !

no, I think Allen will backup Montembeault. until they trade Allen next year at the tdl. too bad he injured himself, he would probably have been traded this year.

Even he looked better last night joining the rush and making more attacking plays. He was no fan of DD’s system and he’s improved since the coaching change as well, i think they’ll keep him a bit, show he can still play and accommodate his trade request this summer when its easier to move big cap hits
