hey. i got your point. most upper management will bring in a team they have worked with and trust. the big difference in this situation is they are bringing in people with no experience whatsoever and that is why i understand you being skeptical. i would feel the same way.

but then, i got my team interviewing a baseball guy and want to talk to an AGM of a basketball team.
