Really hoping Arber Xhekaj makes it to the NHL one day, preferably with the Habs of course, he is an entertaining dude, to say the least

He did great at camp if I remember correctly. Could be a good bottom pairing D in the future.

that's the thing with the Habs. many many many good bottom 6 or bottom pairing D talents. that is not where the problem is.

He did look good.... no idea where he ends up but he keeps going undrafted at every level but manages to prove everyone wrong! He's nasty with a big time shot, a little of Big Buff to his game... and a Habs fan growing up.

In a way, yeah.... but some are late bloomers that may surprise and exceed expectations.

And the high end talent issue is hopefully what the new regime will finally address

tks Karine. I think Anderson could make a very good captain, even with Gallagher staying. and how about that goal by Pitlick? wow!

As for prospects? It take so many years with D. Guhle should be more than that no? Romanov is still very young as well

Quebec really needs to add a statutory holiday between new year's day and Easter.

I didn't thought adding an ECHL affiliate for the Habs would have made such a difference. The Laval Rocket is staying afloat despite injuries and call-ups this season.

Been saying it for years. This time of year is so (frank)ing depressing. Nothing to look forward to, it's cold, poopton of snow. Barely any sunlight.

Watched the highlights this morning.

Did that goalie forget his equipment at home?

He was with Minnesota. He probably already has his new equipment but still has to practice with it to "break" it. New goalie gear is a bit stiff.

Played my first hockey game since December yesterday.

We (frank)ing crushed the other team 5-0.

Then we grabbed a few beers in the room, lots of laughs and smiles.

I went from pretty depressed to feeling (frank)ing great.

It's nice getting part of our lives back.

Yeah, I don't do enough winter sports to appreciate the season. Started doing cross country skiing with the gf a couple of years ago but she has problems with one of her foot so we can't go very often.

we said (frank) it and booked flights to Palm Springs for next week. my mother in law rented a condo there. the monotony of the last 2 years has been brutal.
