1st overall comps are always the hardest. I think my favourite is how everybody and their mom who is 5'11 and a good player is compared to JOE (frank)ING SAKIC. - AdamFrench
Is Vilardi still a good prospect to target for mtl? Would LA move him?

whatever the outcome is I'm confident this draft in MTL will be better this time around...

He's good, but he's been pretty broken his whole career. They have Byfield and Turcotte so they wouldn't care, but buyer beware.

I wonder how much these draft tickets go for... are they charging the same prices as for a game?

it depends what they think they can get with a late first round pick and-or by trading Chiarot at the deadline

Ok but even looking back I kinda get it. Big C vs big W...harder to find the C. Plus it's two MVPs and Conn winners who will be HoFers. Matthews vs Laine it's Matthews who is both the big C and hands down the better player.
Either way you're right, there's always another guy. I think I remember Crosby's year they tried half heartedly to push Gilbert Brule for a bit - Takemedrunkimhome
yes yes the 2 I named was a closer deal, but Ovy still the best goal scorer
