my guess is he was convinced it was an opposing player and barely even looked where he was hitting lol... don't get me wrong, I still think intent shouldn't be considered as a criteria, and it does look really dumb, but why would he slash the ref like that right after a draw? doesn't really make any sense

Surprised you didn't mention Gallagher to Pittsburgh. Both teams have discussed that. Or Jake Allen + Drouin to the Avs. Avs need to upgrade goaltending. Drouin is a move for the future. Finally, any update on Price for RNH? I heard that was nearly complete. So lots of big moved not even mentioned.

I can't prove it was completely "accidental", but you can't prove this is what he intended to do either. if he had a suspension history you might have a case, to me that just doesn't really make any sense...
