I can understand why somebody who is agenda driven for a team that promotes the french culture rather than winning and isn't smart enough to be able to understand what constitutes a 0.500 record would also be too stupid to understand the difference between a complaint about process (hiring a friend with no experience) vs calling somebody a horrible coach (which I never did, I actually said for all anybody knows he could be the greatest coach of all time but that doesn't change the fact the process was questionable)
Seriously I get why you run away when confronted...you're pretty (frank)ing dumb and you're dishonest in your arguments.
But for fun...tell us again as you previously did about what a great coaching hire DD was...(frank)ing dumbass |

Tinfoil hat guy says the league wants the Leafs to create hope but never win so that small market US teams can grow since they know the Leafs will always be a cash cow so the league has been intentionally causing the Leafs to lose for 50+ years. It's all a conspiracy and it's about corporate greed. #nailedit |

I'm all for the Optobus and everything, but this team doesn't have to win games like this.
It would be a shame to draft out of the top 5 after enduring all that bullpoop. |

We have all been starved of proper on-ice entertainment. Wins or losses, this is shaping up to be a better, more exciting product with a hopeful future. I know it's very, very early, but I'm liking it.

The difference in his game is obvious, it's nice to see. Win or lose, we wanna see our future core thrive.
This being said, that 33% shooting percentage ain't gonna stick.

I feel you, but there's nothing we can do about it.
Players will do their best, if that implies climbing the standings, so be it.
Would I rather them stay in the bottom 2? Absolutely.
But I'm having a rough time cheering for losses. Even if my brain knows it would be better in the long run.

We will still do well with trades and acquiring picks and prospects if we do climb in the standings. Gorton has been know to use multiple picks as currency to move up in the draft.
We can still draft well.......but that being said, it would still be better (for this year and next) to finish near the bottom for obvious reasons.
