It's not irrelevant at all actually, they are Canadian and American citizens, paying taxes, lots of taxes and contribute to giant revenues that come from even bigger corporations. The idea behind removing Russian products is an attempt to cripple they're economy, removing Russians working legally in North America is just ignorant and has no merit or purpose

that beeing said, I think it's a good idea for them to go with an economical war instead than guns. many are not ready to send troops, not a popular choice for politicians. and economically, it's not a fair fight, they are sure to win in the long run. sucks for Ukraine though.
