I don't think he's launching anything, but if he does, it only takes about half hour for a nuke to travel from Russia to NA.

The agreements mean nothing since Putin broke the agreements by invading.... the nuke threat is what is stopping them, it's a slippery slope though, now he knows NATO will back off, not that they've actually ever done anything.... but now he's proven it and he won't stop
