Just got to catch a fish to understand the beauty. Sitting in a boat with an old friend, scenery, smell of campfire waffling onto the lake, introducing your kids to a sport they can enjoy for life, getting off the couch, there’s lots to like.

Joking . I use to fish a lot and camped every weekend in the summer on Lake Champlain.

Not my thing now but there is a lot of fun being out on a boat . I enjoyed jumping off the boat and hunting for bullfrogs more but it is all fun.

Never understood the beauty of fishing. Sounds like an old guy sport. If God wanted us fishing he would not have created Cpt Highliner.

I never fought a fish stick on a fishing rod.

Fishing can be extremely exciting or extremely relaxing. It can be extremely adventurous. There's such a wide range of fishing... it's limitless.

What kind of camping do you guys want? Provincial Campground on a nice lake? Go to Big Bar just north of Clinton. Nice fish in there... I only ice fish it. Do you want a little more rustic like a forest service rec site? Then head down hwy 24(Thee Fishing Highway) and check out Crystal Lake. Its just outside the village of Bridge Lake. Its another hour travel from 70 Mile.

I wouldnt mention any of my special lakes to tourists... not a chance.

I’m more a rec site camper than anything else. I think the plan is to head into the Little Fort area just in the planning stage.

Good start. That's the east end of the fishing highway. Crystal isn't far from there actually.

For a spot with a lot less people around, at the top of the hill(McDonald Summit), there is a FSR that will take you to Deer Lake. Nice little spot. If you want to hit a 4x4 trail from there and go up a little higher there's a great little Rec site on Lost Horse Lake. The fish are smaller but it's all wild stock up there and they are veracious. Any idiot can catch them there. Its a great spot. It's not far at all from Little Fort.

I think I'll move twice more. Once when I retire and once again to an old age home.

Just finished with 4 realtors doing a walk through of my place. Hopefully I can get it ready for the market before interest rates get to high.

Moving to my buddy's place in Colwood, he lives in Japan. I still have to sell the business which would mean training whoever then I'm free to (frank) off.

It was 2 years but thankfully Sundin realized he was terrible. You can't possibly be defending that contract

Another Gillis beauty.

He was offered a two year $20m, and ended up signing a one year $10whatever prorated deal. It cost the owner about $5m for 41 games. Did it work out? I think Kesler would tell you for him it did. I dunno, seems like a much better contract than $6m for what Myers gives you, or $7m for what Petey gives you or $8.25 for what OEL gives you, especially when you consider how long those commitments are…

The Sedins didn’t have one ball between them both and how did that work out?
- TurdFergeson

I dunno turd, how did it work out? I guess they had quite a lot of personal success, and a lot of team success but not quite enough. I think you under estimate how large their balls are. Perhaps you should ask them?

Probably best victory there was when 10 mil Matts Sundin got the game winner. Talk about a bad contract .
