That's hard to believe after 30 plus years of suck - Upstate_isles
But they gave you hope and then took it away. It's very much like when I was a Mets fan. |

I gave up during the Madoff scandal. I decided to take a break and it became permanent. |

That was me when Calvin Johnson retired early from the lions, it took all I had after Barry sanders retired early and that was just the end of it all |

Bullpoop he's terrible and biased and probably why you.like him. Him complaining about goalie interference when greene hipped checked the guy into our goalie is a prime example. Evrn Burke said didn't have anything to do with greenes hip right and Butch stuttered away. Any call against the isles is weak and anything done to them is egregious and its tiring, he also doesn't seem to understand how icing works in regards to a race for the puck. Also just because you don't agree doesn't make it a horrific take but I guess that also must mean your take is horrific, he is our version of jack Edward's or Rick gennerette.. we had Billy Jaffe who was great and called it like it was - Upstate_isles
His point was the Player on the AVS was 100% in the crease.. FULLY in the crease and did NOTHING to avoid Varly. He was correct... if the player was outside of the crease and checked into Varly I would agree with your take... but he was not.. Greene was at the top of the crease and Avs player went below him, was barely bumped him and He crashed Varly into the post. It was 100% goalie interference.
We have had Goalie interfernce called on us in the playoffs when Lee Was outside the crease and the goalie initiated contact with him, and the Defense pushed him into the goalie.. all while he was NOT in the crease.. it voided a goal in a 1-0 OT losss to Carolina.

Could be the worst comment on H-buzz this year.. lol. Butch at least has some Credibility.. Player, Coach, etc. He also knows he is a bit of a homer and says it often... "I'm sorry I know I am biased but that is 100% goalie interference.." He is also usually right.

Yeah, not gonna happen. Unless he's throwing him out there to get trade interest, Trotz loves him some Bailey.
Does Bailey somehow have incriminating photos of these guys? Is that why he plays all the time, never sits, and never gets traded? I feel like this was said about Snowballz and Crappy a few years ago. - Isleshockeyman
I think at this point even Trotz has had enough.. his reaction when he missed that goal was telling.. So was the fact that after Bailey's first shift where he gave the puck away twice in D-zone and then took out Nelson and Mayfield in the O-zone Trotz had him sitting for a while. Bailey only had 13 minutes of ice time last night.. compared to Nelson 20, Lee 17, Beau 19, JGP 23, Casey 16.4, and Zack and Cal 14.. only Martin, Bellows, and Wahlstrom had less.

Only hope is his old buddy Guerin grabs him... He certainly could use a change of scenery.. Maybe Seattle will take him.

He can skate through there and greene is why contact was made and the call wasnt. Seems pretty simple honestly but you do you |

People hate Edward's cause he is a homer just like they hate Butch for being a homer. Bruins fans like him and you like Butch, I however can't stand either as I want people talking about reality and not through rose colored glasses |
