D in general has been really bad the last 2 games. Clean exits have been non existent, countless turnovers in our zone.

Marino just sort of stopped in the nuetral and gave a panther clean ice behind him to get a free shot on Jarry. Pens are struggling with this Florida forecheck. Also, the passing was poop.

I don't think that period was as bad as score says... Cats were def better of the two teams but there were still things to like about the Pens play

Pace of play worries me. Just like the Canes game, the Pens can't seem to play at the same speed. I don't see how this team makes a run without another top 6 wing. Matheson's speed is missed.

I'm with you on this. Bouncing puck, some missed passes, the pens could easily have this tied up by the end of 2.

Better period. Evened up the game. That 3rd line has not been great and the 2nd line is having some issues, but overall not bad. Gotta capitalize on that early power play.
