I think Rutherford likes a Miller to PIT deal...

Just worried about K-man...

I think he thought wing night was last night at the redmile instead of tonight...might still be down there...

I think Russ will have another great 3 seasons. He's already slowing down, but Seattle just couldn't protect him in any real way, maybe we'll see him behind a competent O line in Denver.

The game has just changed on Pete. He even admitted being too slow to change this past offseason. He's playing catch up now. Not the person you want in charge anymore.

Denver has a really good team and the missing piece was an above average qb. They did a bit better than that with the deal and you gotta think they are in the mix now for the Superbowl. Mahomes Herbert Russ Carr. That's a good qb div

That division is deadly. Denver was definitely missing a solid QB, will be interesting to see how he does in a more offensive system. I hope Russ wins another, and finally wins MVP just to shove it in Pete's face

I accidently flagged you trying to quote lol sorry. Yeah Denver has 3 really good wrs a stud rb in the making and a very solid de. I think with Hackett seemingly calling the play we should see Russel chucking the ball a ton. He just went from the toughest div in football to probably the 2nd toughest lol

Pete would probably be happier with a stud RB like Derrick Henry and a mediocre starting QB than vice versa

LA Kings really surprising me this year, they’re the Rangers of the West. Only four points behind the Flames in the division, tied for third in the Conference. Playing a solid team game; I think J.T. Miller would look good there, if Allvin can get his hands on Quinton Byfield it’d be a HUGE win for the organization….at least in my opinion.

Byfield or Turcotte would be nice. I don't see it happening, but we shouldn't trade Miller there without one of them coming back.

I guessing here, but, I don’t think Miller wants to play in Vancouver beyond this year. Just my opinion. He needs to go….Russell Wilson him.

They're being bouyed by good goaltending and a resurgance from Kopitar, so I guess in that sense they're similar to NYR. The 2nd highest scorer on their team only has 38 points and Kempe is scoring at an unsustainable rate. 25 goals 11 assists

Their save percentages are not screaming Vezina Trophy at .908 and .904 for Quick and Petersen but they must be getting "timely" saves as I've only watched a couple of their games. They just play that smothering style of game and don't give up a lot for the other team.

I think the key difference between them and NYR is that New York looks to be coming up as a contender in the near future and LA is a middling team with a lot of turnover still to go.

Lots of teams have good goaltending and a scoring vet leading in points, the formula works to a certain extent. Not enough depth means they probably wont go far, but the guys leadig that team have won a few times so anything can happen in the big dance. Seems like trading for another vet scorer is a little silly. Byfield isnt going anywhere.

They’re after Chychrun not a top 6 guy. Byfield and Turcotte have been asked for by many teams in trades and they get immediately turned down. I don’t think Miller is a fit there.

And again. Why trade him now? There is no rush. Do it in the summer if he won’t extend. You’ll have a much larger pool of trade partners with cap space.

Pete would be happy if it was 2001 again and his coaching ideas were relevant/forward thinking

In a QB league, it's tough when your head coach hates QBs
