I have actually had to consciously start to step away from watching cnn and other news. It can really have a negative effect on your psyche.

That type of goal that Sam Reinhardt just scored makes me so mad! Any player on the ice including the goalie should be able to box him out. That’s the type of goal where in this era goalies have to just get bent over and take it. I’m not asking for the old Belfour hack to the ankles. I just think it’s wrong leaving a goalie helpless there. He should be able to defend his crease.

I was doing the same and watching lots and I needed to check it. Watching it upsets my wife a lot too. She just can’t believe this is happening.

I’ve thought about that as well. What would Reagan do. I liked a lot of what obama did but his inaction on crimea was an error. There’s an aversion to escalating which I understand but how far do you let it go? Bombing hospitals and shooting at nuclear power plants?
