MSG isnt actually bad for you. It was just a conspiracy theory that was perpetuated in the 70s and 80s and was mostly just racist garbage towards chinese food restaurants. Now none of them use it. I have a big bag of it in my spice cabinet and use it in everything

I would disagree with Roundup being safe but MSG is just a salt derivative. In moderation probably OK for most people.

Roundup would definitely solve my sleeping problem.

Most Chinese places around here don't use MSG anymore. I use it occasionally because it is in some seasonings I keep at home. Goya Sazon is a really nice seasoning pack that is excellent in certain dishes. Gotta go easy because the salt content can get out of hand.
