You do need that in hockey.....in the playoffs it becomes apparent. Not necessarily every series but at some point it gets physical and you need players that can play that role. Look at the Blackhawks under Q, they could change their style of game pretty quickly and effectively with 2-3 substitutions.

Maybe it's because he only drafted 1 Dman on our roster? Gambled on Gudbranson. Traded Forsling, too many picks. Then you're scrambling for and overpaying D instead of having cheap depth.
