I am not going to get to excited, it was the New Jersey Devils. Let's see how they make out in these next 3 games and see what transpires on Monday.
Canucks could very well be both buyer and seller. - Reubenkincade
I don’t see us being sellers unless we dump a bad contract. A hockey trade is more likely. |

Making it interesting, I think they go 2-1. |

Havn’t beat them since 2014. |

Kinda what I was implying. Also, Sutter started skating today, so does that mean the may consider moving Motte if Sutter is okay over the next 6 days.

Schneider had their number back then and it just kept snowballing. Finally got that elusive victory over those nasty Devils. |

If the Canucks make the playoffs, I think Miller might win or be the finalist for the Hart - DariusKnight
Maybe... some votes for sure.
I think Bruce wins the Jack Adams if they make the play offs... I mean how much do people have to see... a team in the cellar until he takes over and then a incredible run into the playoffs... with how bad this team was under Green... hard not to give him the Adams if they make it...

Its early & nothing saying Sutter even plays. If anything he’ll need a conditioning stint in the A. I’d keep him there. |

Friedman quote from a few years ago that I saw tonight:
“Vancouver has confirmed this to me. There was a chance the Canucks were going to get PK Subban that night. The problem was that Pierre-Luc Dubois was not going to fall to Vancouver’s pick, because Montreal knew Columbus was taking him. If Montreal believed that Dubois was going to be available at five, PK Subban could have been a Vancouver Canuck.”

"He was a true leader tonight,'' Boudreau said after the Canucks doubled up the Devils 6-3. "They were taking it to us a little bit until (Horvat) scored that short-handed goal to start the third period. On the bench, he was vocal, he was a true captain tonight.''

Bruce if they make it in for everything you just said. My other pick would be Daryl Sutter. Similar reasons cause flames just were ok under all the old coaches and now they are steam rolling people |

Boudreau also explained that Oliver Ekman-Larsson didn’t log any penalty kill time because of a dimension that Hughes brings to the shorthanded unit where he played 2:14 at 5-on-4.
“With Hughes on face-offs, especially to start the penalty kill, we did the same thing with him that we did in Washington with Mike Green,” recalled Boudreau. “He has such good hands, that if we won the draw or it was 50-50, he’d be able to get it out of a pile and get it down ice for that first kill which is vitally important.
“And Hughes is so quick on the puck.”
Interesting. |

Other than Carolina.
Goals against per game.
11. Colorado 2.82
12. Tampa Bay 2.83
13. Vancouver 2.85
14. Florida 2.86
Those other teams have #1, #2 or #3 picks and Canucks don't. Probably where they get the offence to score .5-1 goal more per game (no I didn't post the goals per game) - manvanfan
No offence but GET OFF DRAFT LISTS FOR A WHILE! You got the (frank)en blinders on.
That conversation had ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with where teams drafted. It was purely about whether Myers would be a top 4 dman on every/any team in the league.
No offence but GET OFF CAPFRIENDLY FOR A WHILE! You got the (frank)en blinders on.
That list has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with how much any of them make. - manvanfan
If you're gonna call out Ruby for always bringing things back to the cap, you need to get called out for always bringing things back to draft picks. Again drafts were as much a part of the convo as cap, which was zero, so no need to constantly inject that. |

Bo Horvat on Nils Höglander wearing Petterson’s gloves: “They're pretty good buddies, so I think they share more than gloves.” #Canucks
