Does anyone have a theory on why the Flames took back a disgruntled goalie from Montreal? If Vladar is definitely not going to be traded then where does McNiven fit in with Stockton if Wolfe isn't being traded either?

Mcniven was tired of being ignored in Montreal for 5 years so why would Treliving take him if there's no chance for him to be happier in Stockton than he was in Montreal? Something doesn't add up.

There's really no one, especially for the Flames. Maybe they'd trade Johnnson, but the Flames wouldn't want to pay him next year.

I don't think there is a price for Vladar right now unless you're bringing in a vet from elsewhere. Wolf is playing lights out, but Sutter has enough issues with handing the net to Vladar right now, he's not putting a 21 year old in net in the playoffs.
