Agree, the Jays will give up Pearson before they include Manoah. - winsix
Could be a deadline trade now
Just without manoah and moreno |

never happen
maybe O. Martinez as the center piece and Kirk, Pearson groshans
but thats a lot - senstroll
A lot for sure.
Would give the Jays the best infield in Baseball, though. So I'd probably do it. (Your mix of players, not Manoah and Moreno ) |

Makes sense.
Graves with Miles Wood
Soucy
Mayfield with Varly
Middleton
Schenn with Motte
Chara
So one deal out of those options would be acceptable to most around here it seems. - underhill14

I read the suggestion - and it is by Buck Martinez. Menoah is about to be an ace and Moreno is the absolute top prospect in the system. Jays can afford to give more than they gave up to Oakland for Chapman. That doesn't include anything about being taken out back to the shed. - winsix
Ramirez isn’t Chapman and he’s going to cost a top prospect and some more pieces. That’s not going to the shed (is there something you want to share with us?), it’s the cost of becoming the top or one of the top teams. |

thats what great about the chapman deal, they didnt give any of he top prospects. so still room to move on Ramirez.
have no idea if he would want to play 2nd.
but assuming yes, id think Biggio going out. Espinal can platoon 2b/3b when players need time off

Makes sense. Sucks losing Biggio, since I've always liked him and he bats left, but most likely needs to be included.
So start with Orelvis Martinez, then add Biggio, Kirk, and one of Groshans or Pearson?
Orelvis Martinez is likely going to be a star player, too. Would think including him should lower the price a bit. |

I think that's right. Add a good Lefty DH, good for xtra bases and OBA and go with Biggio and Espinal at 2nd. |

Uhm, Cleveland had a scout watching Kirk yesterday.
Also, Lilligren won’t be starting for Leafs in playoffs |

Agreed. I want Pearson to work his way to being the Closer.
I think it's a pretty good deal for Cleveland, really. 2 guys make their roster now and are young and 2 top tier prospects that could be in their infield for a decade going forward. |
