It’s the one move I truly expect.

Another shutdown guy. My question will be at what level of talent.

- Dozzer

It's going to be either Lindholm or Gio as per many sources.

Leafs looking like a new team tonight. 100% effort all the time.

Matthews clearly the problem

Simmonds has 51 PIM this year - 18 in one game.

He’s not a physical presence anymore.

- Atomic Wedgie

You’re not stupid but I’m not sure I agree.

It’s not the 90s anymore. Him playing is enough to make the opposition back off is more than enough. That occurs yet you seem to refuse to give him that credit.

I thought if the players skates were off the ice by the time the puck is touched it wasn’t too many men…

Id say Middleton for bottom pair with Sandin or Lilly. Boosh with Muzz and Reilly-Brodie works.

Or Soucy for the heavy point shot.

Kinda want both just in case Muzz breaks again.

I keep top line together especially if JT and Nylander pick up their play
- Canada Cup

At the same time I can see Matthews getting any wingers going and that’s why I ask

Oh Gio would be sweet.

Especially to pair him and Brodie back together.

You are good paying a 1st for Gio???

And Ducks still trying to sign Lindholm.

Dont think either.

Yeah I hate the confidence we can have in Muzzin, love that player but I’m not believing in him stepping up and holding his own

Both are ufas, probably not Dubas top choices because of that.
But if all else fails, hopefully he gets gio, he fits better with what the leafs need.

I remember someone saying a few years back that 99% of the time those penalties are on the players.

Love Muzz. BUT gotta face facts too. Concussion messed with him. Now its two. How right is he going to be out there and he is going to be susceptible to a third at that. He has broken down the past two playoffs. I like the idea of Boosh and Midfleton both younger physical and big stay at home types that hit.

I think muzz might be nearing the end sad as it is to say.

Understand but I don’t break up that line unless it’s absolutely necessary. If Nylander and JT pick up their play, we’re cool

Oh I totally get it. Damn I’m even afraid to ride a bike after brain surgery. If he gets hurt again it’s times to put him on the forever injured reserve

My point is one line playing hot still isn’t worth a top 6 all producing

Middleton is left shot left side. Dunno if he can play both though. Slow developer but solid bottom pair stay at home. Physical and will drop the gloves too. 6’3 200+lb too so not small.
