As much as we would all love for Barron to stay, he really wasn't very noticeable in any of the games he was in. Send him down, let him play the rest of the year in Hartford and let him try for a spot next year.

Good news on Jacob Chychrun. A second opinion today confirms the ankle injury isn’t as severe as feared. He’s expected to test the ankle skating this week with additional testing on the weekend. Not expected to be out longer than two weeks.

if the Rangers had given up a 2nd I would have been a little iffy, but a 4th, one they had acquired already anyway, I mean, total no brainer of a trade

Its just odd because based on the eye test, although a small sample size, he looked very capable.
