Good goalie play and good D happens. TB for instance. Not mutually exclusive. I looked it up and they’ve given up the 11th fewest shots on goal. It’s safe to say they are the 11th best defensive team in the league. One could argue that after the top 8 all the other team defenses suck. I’ve seen solid defensive play from the Preds when I’ve watched. Last night they laid an egg. We’ll have to just disagree.

No of course it's not mutually exclusive. Team wise I don't think they're good enough defensively to be considered a true contender.

I don't care what line he is considered as long as it is with skill guys. Once the TDL is over I am hoping that maybe you see Allison healthy and up, Lacznyski called up and we see some more of prospects who could have a future here.

I hated it, I hated their coach with that smug look on his face, I hated Lowry, I hated their style of play, I hated everyone jumping on their bandwagon and pulling for them because they were a newer team in the league, and I was glad they lost in the finals.

Other than that the Panthers don't bother me.

If they don’t get a first rd pick included in this trade I’m done until everyone responsible is fired. Owen Tippet sucks and is a bust. Unless it’s a 3 for 1 trade where they get multiple decent prospects a 1st has to be a starting point. G is the most valuable player available right now. This should be impossible to F up.

I think they win. There is a chance Ottawa might sit some guys they could move in trades and Chabot is out.

The Ryan Ellis situation seems very weird to me. He happens to live down the street from me in the summer. He seems like a very down to earth kind of guy. I don’t go over there for bbqs but we do waive and say hi here and there. I just don’t buy a groin injury caused him to miss an entire season.
