I wouldnt be surprised if they wait until summer on any non-UFA, but the one he has said is clear space. Generally means no one a over 5 mil is safe now or in the summer other than whoever they identitfy as core which is anyones guess imo

I could be wrong here, but I feel like GM’s catch draft/UFA fever during the summer so moving players out for prospects/picks then is more difficult than it is at the TDL when contending teams will trade a draft pick for Hagg or a first + for Chiarot

Similar to Dermott, is he really as good as he ever is going to be? Chychrun is having a garbage year, arguably worse than Dunn, everyone seems to still hold him in high regard yet its his first year playing top pair.

Top 4 generally have a pretty equal level of competition, bottom pairing is usually a noticeable drop off in level of competition.

Dunn still doesn't play 20 minutes a night in Seattle where as Jakob is playing 22 minutes a night and played over 20 a night except for his first year.

He played against weaker competion last year, is struggling against top lines now. I think hes better too, just think Dunn has room to grow yet.

Yeah, apples to oranges. I think Dunn is a good enough player when he was used like he was in STL but I can see Chychrun playing a bigger role on a good team
