If you listen to other teams fans and their level of knowledge, I would say Canuck fans are among the more knowledgeable in the league. That doesn't, however, mean they are smart or rational

I thought I outlined it pretty good. There's not enough D depth to just wait for that 3rd rounder to develop. If we're looking to move another D or 2 for picks and prospects in the summer what does that leave us? What if we, God forbid, trade a D for a forward?

The guys you mentioned aren't nearly as good as Dermott. Personally, I'm done with anything Benning for the next decade or so.

I hope they go after a guy like Kane and add Nichushkin .

They might sign Karlsson and Lammikko (mostly because he'll be relatively cheap and is a good 4C), but I think they will be looking to get rid of Miller and Bo simply because those two are the "core" and the reason the team is where it is right now. I agree with whoever said that Hughes/EP40 are complimentary pieces. We need someone like a Bedard or not even at that level/draft prestige but at least a MacKinnon or Matthews that can drive play and elevate the team around them when necessary and can grow with the Peteys, QH's and Demkos.

Rational is a 4 letter word when it comes to many of the fanbase.

He just isn't as good as some make him out to be. He hits though and that adds at least 2 rounds more value for most in here. Just like Schenn. You gotta pay extra for that toughness. It doesn't matter his hockey skills are lacking.

I helped Loady out a bit last week. 5-7. It seems my scoring falls off only when I match up against the 4 ahead of me. If not then goalies shat da bed. My team is solid but a bubble team like our Nucks but I WILL make the PO’s.
