One thing about Braun, for how big of a dumpster fire the Flyers were Braun was a +3 on the season and is averaging close to 20 mins a game. Usually I don't look too deeply into plus/minus but it means something when you play for that bad of a team

He is also a good penalty killer. Being a right handed shot he could give Fox a few minutes off of his feet in that role.

as a Jets fan, I like the deal for both teams. I was hoping for a larger deal where we included Dillon ( he made a lot of sense for you guys as a tough Left shot D ) and I really wanted to pry Schneider off you!!

as for Copp, solid player that I think will be asking for a bit too much than he will be worth moving forward on his next deal. Copp should be played as a 3rd line Center or top 6 wing. he plays solid in both ends but lacks finishing.

Honestly, I dont think theres a right or wrong with the lines. 4 new guys is a lot, we will see how the chemistry works.

Aside from wanting a better D depth we got a C that can play 2nd or 3rd line, and we got some decent bottom 6 depth which is what we all essentially wanted. We can now have every line with a capable faceoff guy.

Yeah, 3rd line center is where I want Copp. The 3rd line has been pretty bad all year.

He may lack finishing as you say but he has more points this season than our whole third and forth line combined, instant upgrade for sure.
