That seems like a fair assessment. Early in the year, Halak was decent but the team couldn't score. It evened out for a few games, then Halak sucked. My thin hope for this game has been further suppressed.

Apparently he can still be traded. But I think it's gonna cost Vegas dearly as they're over the barrel. Hopefully Eichel was worth it. In the meantime, I'm really enjoying their demise.

From what I've read they can't. They're completely overextended and would have to move cap. If they can move him, some team with cap can cash in.
