No they said he’s bad at carrying the puck. Rakell is basically a pure sniper who’s only function is hunting out soft spots on the ice and receiving passes. He cant carry the puck, can’t create for himself, and can’t play make.

I think I heard a Ducks guy on Madden say Rackell brought the puck in on the PP even though his 5v5 microstates say he's only slightly above average. Maybe different at different times?

RW's article said he can't. Duck's guy on Madden I can't remember said they'll miss Rackell bringing the puck in on the PP. Which is true? Beats me. But I would be curious to see Rackell on the PP as I was one of many on the board a couple years ago that wanted him to replace Kessel there.
