Yeah, putting a career top six winger with Malkin. Would have been so unfair. Sullivan actually has no clue what he’s doing, he was quite possibly the pooptiest player to ever skate in the NHL and now quite possibly the pooptiest coach.

He has his quirks and stubbornness...I don't follow the activities of any of the other coaches in the league nearly as much but I'd say most do as well. However, I'm pretty sure he's in the talks for the Jack Adams this season, wont win it, but he's up there in those talks this season.
For the the majority of this season, no matter the roster and at times an absolute skeleton crew, he's had them playing a very good brand of hockey both with and without the puck. They lost that overall look for 3 or 4 weeks mid season but seem to be regaining it. Hopefully they can keep it up...perhaps they don't. He deserves some credit though. |

Columbus had very little interest in playing defense last night. That was absolutely the most time and space the Pens have had since early in the season.
However it was great to see a rebound goal, Zohorna, a deflection goal, Guentzel, and a 5 on 3 goal. All in one game.
