Hughes at least you can say makes up for it with his point totals, EP isn’t anything special offensively these days. He’s good, but not great. And his fear of physicality gets exposed in games like yesterday. Just like Boeser’s lack of speed does.

It just ended a couple months ago. I got a ban I think for attacking Johnny hockey and then sent the mod a bunch of hate messages. It was worth it, that worthless mod took a severe verbal beating. Probably the same loser that banned you

To be fair, those cores are a few years older, and haven't won a damn thing. There have been a good number of playoff disappointments with them – and questions if those cores are enough.
But, I would take those cores over our core at the moment.

Those same cores built on high picks before JB’s time. GMMG was in all in mode & his NMC’s & NTC’s were severe hurdles left to overcome. Tbh Van fans would never accept being a totally horrible bottom feeder to do the same even though many claim they would. Everything lays at the feet of FA wanting to hear retool & his subsequent hirings. If somebody had the foresight to avoid the UFA market looking for fixes & just gleaned it for cheap usable assets to grow a team identity & use the TDL to trade for picks/prospects that alone would’ve sped us up at least 1-2yrs. Idk if TL had that in mind but him leaving & a puny front office left behind hurt big. Weisbrod was useless.
