The players hate it too. He's right though the rules implemented in UEFA (europe) have really curbed it. Guys like that get laughed off the pitch and would definitely get a fine and probably a suspension.

South and Central America is behind in the fix. They need to hammer down bc it does hurt an otherwise beautiful game.
