Totally agree. I hate that people think a win is bad. Just stop already! This team needs to learn how to win and at least build on something heading into next season. They are going to lose most of their games most likely, but learn how to enjoy a win against a quality opponent on the road. Wow, there are some freakin whiners on here.

I only saw the highlights cause we don't have ESPN+, but based on the stats it looks like he had yet another invisible game. I'm sure his supporters will make it sound like he played great though and did all the right things.

His initial reaction was one of angst. Farabee went over to him after he scored and JVR had to make nice. It was fake. Like Giroux said all those years ago when JVR played for the Laffs....phuckin pigeon!

True, Hayes is back to his form from year 1, his pick protection has been really good, that has helped TK and getting Farabee healthy has given them an NHL line. Watching York, I am more convinced he should have been up earlier and that would have allowed Braun to help anchor boy. With a healthy Coots and Hayes, both with something to prove, this team won’t be trash next season, that is both good and bad news

This has been O'Brien's issue since his freshman year at Providence. When he is healthy he is a really good player, and I think he can be a Scott Laughton type of player, maybe with a higher offensive upside. But its all moot if O'Brien can't stay on the ice. It makes sense that the Flyers do not commit to him until he can show he can stay on the ice for an entire season. There is still hope, but its not looking good right now. Its does not get any easier physically in the AHL or the NHL. To be fair to Hextall look at the players drafted after O'Brien in the first round, are any of these players lighting it up in the NHL right now? So I think it was a weak draft overall and thus Hextall took a shot, can't fault him for that.

Do you honestly think JVR cared? I think Farabee was just being nice, in fact too nice. The goal is to ice the game, not make sure everyone's feelings are ok.
