I would say there are no superstars, but there are prospects that help us. IF THEY CAN STAY HEALTHY.

Yandle is one of life’s great mysteries. If he is so good in the lr then leave him there.

Even if he was at least avg who wants to trade for him and deal w the backlash of scratching him?

Untradeable for the same reason they should not have signed him in the fp.

If they signed deangelo and not Yandle are they in the playoffs right now? I know he’s been hurt of late, but think about that.

Been a ton of bad moves by the last two gms, but the Yandle move even at less than a mill has so many negative implications it’s ridiculous. Would have rather had Gus and he sucks.

I understand emergency callups are different.

While so many want a better draft position, be happy that the team we all root for and complain about, beat a contender. Never root for your team to lose. Let’s go Flyers! For starters, damn any player who doesn’t do his best for the team to win a game. So good for the Flyers!

Yep. The fact is that the team is really short handed with Couturier, Ellis, Laughton out plus losing Giroux, Braun and Brassard at the deadline. Many nights, even playing their best, they will be out matched. That doesn’t mean they should ever give away the two points. They played well last night and the Blues did not earn any points with their play. I am never upset with them for playing to win, that is what they should always do. Let the lotto balls fall where they may.

It is really valuable that all the younger players get more ice time and chances to expand their role with the team. Good to see Frost and TK now on the PK. I really think Hayes isn’t fully back to himself and would like it if they didn’t use him on the PK. I know when healthy, Hayes is one of the team’s best penalty killers, but given the circumstances, I don’t think he should push it. They still have Brown and Atkinson. It could be an opportunity for Willman, MacEwen or any of the call ups to get PK experience.

G has bought property there and is building a house there.

My cousins in the real estate company working with g.

G has stated he has a wink wink deal with Ottawa 4 years. He didn’t mention money and when I asked him he said g hasn’t said anything about the money.

Also his wife was checking schools out in the area in the off season and one of the wives of one of the real estate agents is really good friends with her.

I know this sounds rumorish but my cousin has no reason to lie to me.

G is from that area. He could just be buying a house for after retirement. If he wins a cup this year I can see him signing in Ottawa. If he does not I would be surprised that he signs in Ottawa.
