A top 6 scoring winger, goaltending, depth on D(need literally anybody better than Smith and Subban on the 3rd pair), and then fire Recchi and Ruff out of existence.

First 2 are by far the most important though.

We can start trying to address goaltending somewhat soon though, as some decent looking college free agent goalies will be available. Fitz should be going hard after Dryden McKay when Minnesota State is done.
