Shed? That was the best team the Canucks have ever iced. Incredibly hard to play against. I would kill for a team like that today.

Agree who would want a top 10 point producer, that drives play while also getting in the face of opposition especially when you can draft a ahl defenceman?

Yup, they had swagger and were loathed by everyone not a Canuck fan. I miss that.

The only time this franchise was relevant. Awesome team. Worth the price of admission.

I wouldn’t pay for the crap that’s been iced over the past eight or so years. Horrible entertainment value, especially for the ticket prices they are asking.

It was a good time. This new, diverse management group will get us there again.

I absolutely hate Brad Marchand but I would love someone like that on our team.

I had no issues with how Burrows and Kesler played the game. And as a troll, boy was it fun visiting other threads. Opposing fans would female dog and moan and the Canucks would just keep winning. It would drive the haters mad. Glorious!

Any serious hockey fan would love a player like Tkachuk on their team. Lordy just won’t admit it to you. No way an oiler/canuck fan will give a flames team any credit.

Come to think about it, how is it possible to even be an oiler/canuck fan? Can’t figure that one out.

Not sure if gutting the 4rth line for a 4rth round pick was such a good idea. If an effective 4rth line helps you get into the playoffs and then helps the team in the playoffs... is it a big deal letting Motte walk? Its a 4rth rounder ffs...

Mixed messages. A 3rd rounder is worth a fringe D-man because you need him to make the playoffs otherwise they would sink or swim with the D they have after the Hamonic trade.

Bruce the gambler. They shouldn't be playing Halak in anything but a back to back right now.

I think Halak just tried to stop that shot, high glove side, with his left pad

I mean, he wasn’t going to make that save anyway but it was kinda funny to watch.

Giving up way too many chances.

Going to need a Miller dressing room speech.

Maybe Garland should speak up today. He had that good 5 v 5 shot attempt.

Have you seen raffi in black face? He’s done it a bunch of times.

Why wouldn't it work? Miller throws 5 or 6 a game, gets a pat on the back and 1st line minutes.

Heard the NHL’s consistently horrible officiating and egregiously missed calls were a “hot topic” at Day 1 of the NHL GM’s meeting today. The NHL kicked off the discussion by reminding GM’s that anyone who publicly criticizes the officiating will be severely fined. #GarysWorld

Canucks carrying the play but Blues mostly keeping them on the outside. Boring !!

Can’t wait for the Yotes vs Oilers game #zerodefence
