I just watched that hit on Kotkaniemi. I have no problem with it. Unfortunate outcome, but Eller wasn't head hunting or anything. And really, up 6-1 in the dying seconds, why is Carolina set up in the O zone like they're looking to score? Play to the whistle, I guess.

I guess I could see it as sending a message that if they want to run up the score on us we are gonna hit back

I just hate to see a guy get what may be a season ending injury at that stage of a game

maybe what is making Trivigno lean toward not signing with the Rangers is because we have so many left wingers and the opportunity may be better with one of other teams who have interest

Agreed. From a fit perspective, those other teams, especially the Islanders, would afford him the opportunity for ice time. Was speaking about from the Rangers and not player’s perspective.

Buffalo won last night down 4-0, won 6-5. They are a thorn in the side right now for sure

I should know, I had the hawks in my parlay

What is the point of betting if you can "bail"?

say you bet 20 bucks on something, seeing the ultimate payout would be a 100 bucks

just as an example, during the games, they sometimes offer you an option to bail out, for 50 bucks instead, if the team you bet on is winning but you feel like they may not hold on

kind of like Deal or No Deal with the banker

Can you cash out those winnings or is it credit to another bet?

You're assuming they are betting for the thrill of it, not for financial gain.

Reaves is the reason Wilson hasn't tried to pull any crap. Wilson was so neutered last time we played the Caps that Reaves doesn't have to do anything except be in the lineup.

I find betting to be nonsensical so I don't get any of it.

Like going to a casino expecting to win.
Or hoping to win the lottery.
