I want one very badly! But a) my wife is extremely frugal and laughs at me when I suggest a $400 litter box and b) there isn’t an outlet where we currently keep the litter box, so it wouldn’t really work in our current condo. Maybe at our next stop we’ll have a laundry room that we can keep it in.

Yeah it’s pretty big too. Like 3 feet high and maybe 2.5 feet diameter. My wife said the same but now says it’s worth every penny haha. The charcoal filters work great for smell actually.

Yeah got a kid on the way so been looking at purifiers. Good to hear they are legit.

We have bats so mosquitos aren’t bad here but I wouldn’t mind the deck having less bugs.

My litter box is like a big ass hut and has a charcole filter on the roof. Unsure if it makes a huge difference though.

Dude I lived in the most populated area around me at one time and our cat left and came back. Now she has a cat door and we don’t see her a lot but she always comes back.

TidyMax is their heavy duty line. There's only three options for their Max line: instant action, 24/7 performance, and 4 in 1 strength. I started off with the instant action because it supposedly clumps better but at some point tried the 24/7 and found it controlled the scent better and I couldn't tell any difference in the clumping. I have no idea what the difference between 24/7 and 4 in 1 is.

But yeah one time I got the regular TidyCats on accident and there was definitely a big decrease in quality. Clumped like poop and the litter box had to be deep cleaned way quicker. I usually only deep clean it once a month, I couldn't stand it anymore after a week and a half.
