To be fair, Chiasson has played about as many games as Lui did in two seasons, and Lui has played about as many as Chiasson this year and has about the same number of points.

Personally, I would rather have that $6m in cap space next season ($12m if you add Beagle and Rous) and the draft picks for roughly the same production…

In hindsight you’re right but that assumes both OEL & Garland 1yr later won’t be better or fetch back assets.

This was exactly my point with Chiasson/Eriksson. I was in favor of signing Chiasson instead of having an AHL player instead.

Pod has some great passing instincts. Once linemates get used to him watch out. Feed off him looking for lanes.

I actually like the PP more with OEL . I know Coyotes.
