He has put the puck in the net more often than he was before. That's probably about it
For a 12th 13th forward at 750K a year. He's been not bad. Hits, forechecks, stands in front of the net and takes punishment. Scores at a 4th liners pace. I'd take him over Highmore. - manvanfan
He’s making plays as well, he was slow as molasses most of the year until after the deadline. 76 pages of chiasson coming up lol. |

What was that fight all about with Lockwood, wasn’t much of a hit, those 2 have history I heard I guess that’s why. |

Yeah, that was a weird one.
Lockwood did pretty well considering the weight difference

Cap goes up, contracts go up. Ridiculous to think about giving 8M to a 67 point pace player. - manvanfan
Was it okay to give Hughes 7.85 and Pouty 7.35M? |

If you are asking if Hughes went back to the first power play thinking he's the problem. OEL started the game on the first power play. Hughes wasn't the problem. The entire power play was the problem, Miller just had a pretty poor game all around.
Hughes didn't have his best game though, that's for sure and took a few good hits. - manvanfan

Almost caught him with a right cross, it was close. |

Great win. How’d the new guy play on D? - K-man25
I am beginning to think that he wasn't actually a healthy scratch for all those Leaf games. I think he played and no one noticed him. The guy is like a ghost.

This was supposed to be an edit, not a comment to myself. Lol
Also, basing any serious discussion based on a pace scenario is purely cherry-picking.
Over the past 2 games, Chiasson is on pace for 123 goal season, see how that works.
Also, Strome has never hit 60 points in his career.
It is a discussion for those that try to hype up a player they like, kinda like how many on here use that argument about Brock being a 30 goal scorer pace. |

How many breakaways has EP had on the PK? I think he’s looking to do that everytime he’s out there with his anticipation, he’s good at it just needs to finish. |

If a player is looking to go on a breakaway, are they really concentrating on task at hand? |

Goals against versus goals for, plus 4 last night, last I heard they were way ahead of anyone. |

I am glad they didn't move Schenn or Burroughs at TDL. Both players love it here and are on excellent contracts. I hope they start to grow even more.
I have liked Ben Chiarot for the last two years and he is a UFA next year . He will come in at the 3-4 mil range . He is not a high range guy but would be a good pick up. I also hope they target Nichushkin and Zacha .
I would move on from Boeser next year and Move JTM at the next TDL but keep him and his great contract for the most of the year.
I don't see Bo going anywhere . Not many teams move their captains. Since the team got rid of Green there has been noticeable improvement but they need to keep adding . Need more scoring is my first issue.

A ghost that makes it so that the other team doesn’t score. Very unremarkable play, seems like very good result |

Just been doing some of my own research on this, and can't find anywhere that puts them at the top.
I did find 2 different sites, one had them in 24th place and another in 29th place.
If you could provide me a link, I would appreciate that. |
