I’ve probly watch power maybe 9 or 10 times. Seeing him based on what the Sabres social media has put out. It amazes me how tall he is.

Freidman on Levi and Portillo

Levi...wouldn't worry to much, has 2 yrs left to sign him. The kid does things his own way, he's non-traditional in how he does things

Portillo...1 yr to sign him so you have to worry. He senses the Sabres were frustrated with Portillo in their conversations.

Mark Stone activated from LTIR and may play tonight.

Looks like the cap hell Vegas was enduring is a myth.

Their LTIR list is hilarious. May have set the record for # of players on it.

Brutal PP. One successful zone entry courtesy of Kyle Okposo and the 2nd unit.

The cap is a myth in the NHL. It's a joke.

Does anyone implement a cap better than the NHL? Inability to enforce LTIR exploitation is a problem that no one wants to fix. Makes it a joke, but it's not NFL bad.

Montreal getting in on the fun...

We've confirmed that the #Habs have moved Jonathan Drouin from IR to LTIR, giving them an additional $5.5M in their LTI Salary pool for a total of $14,015,563 in usable space.

This now gives the team the $10.5M in space they need to activate Carey Price.

If we could establish good zone entries we would have two effective pp units. We're good once we gain the line, but we suck gaining that line.

Fitzgerald and Bryson scare me every second they're out there together. You can tell neither one of them want the puck on their stick right now. Never thought I'd say I miss Pisser for a game.

Krebs tried that same spin move behind the net earlier in the 1st, might want to go the other way.

That cap hit ties up money from being spread around creating a better lineup.

I would argue that it’s such a loser mentality to be content with ‘not being bad’ and not look to be better and ultimately the best you can be. Losers in my opinion are content with where they are and winners always try to go forward/up.

Not meant to be a jerk here man I was just commenting on Skinners value for contract. I think your tea, could be in a better shape using that space for 2 or 3 players vs just 1 skinner who doesn’t really move the needle all that much if at all.

Solid road period. Nothing special, but we certainly were the better team. In fact, I'd say our worst 2 minutes was the 1st PP. 2 good PKs and a nice snipe from Okposo.

One of the more defensive-minded periods of hockey I've seen us play.

He broke up a layup pass to AM34 during the 4 on 4 and saved a goal.
