Matthews is having the best season quite possibly seen in the last 20 years.

Coming into camp in shape is a completely different objective than getting stretched out. Again, he must have had a limit set before the game and they were smart to stick to it.

I think getting your arm warmed up for a season is a little different than coming in, in shape for any sport.
