The "best" guys are going to want multi-year deals, which Adams will for sure not do. So if you go UFA, you're signing a plug or a proovie deal. Campbell or Vanacek maybe hits that catty. Trading for a high(er) end RFA spells the end of one of Levi or Ports. Probably the latter.

I suspect they trade for a guy like Quick. 1-2 years, bloated contract, limited commitment. Perfect guy to pair with UPL. Tokarski or similar to sign a 1 year deal to take some Rochester minutes and be G3.

That's who I asked Marty about today. He said, for sure Anaheim is up againt the cap, and they will try and move him. He personally doesn't like the way Gibson plays goal, but it makes sense he says.

So I was thinking there are a lot of decent to good RFA'S this offseason. Would it be worthwhile to pluck one.

He's pretty below average. Even in his isolated goalie metrics, which sets aside his poopty team in front of him.

In fact, the past 3 years he has been pedestrian. Absolutely dominant prior.
