It’s hilarious. You make stupid comments repeatedly about other teams but as soon as someone turns your own “logic” against you and applies it to you and your teams there is silence. - TurdFergeson

Well folks chasing our tails again with speculations lol
To date a coaching change has gotten night & day results. Management has gone through the assessment phase.
Signed a UFA in Bains & moved out 3m baggage for a 1.5m versatile young D. Martin signed cheap as a back up.
Pod is making huge strides getting acclimated to the culture adjustment. Hog on the shelf but affords us to see others called up. Lockwood getting his feet wet & so far held his own. Adds one more cheap cost controlled contract to the mix. Bones is marinading very nicely. Klimovich still very young & we’ve the time to develop him properly. Other prospects on the long road to possible NHL careers
The offseason will be a very interesting time indeed. The worry wart negative fans aside I’m feeling optimistic. 😂 |

7-2-2 with Dermott playing, he must be doing something right.

I've enjoyed his play. I can appreciate a guy that doesn't like to f uck around back there with the puck on his stick, and makes direct passes.
Look at how thin the lineup is spread, with Burroughs on forward and the guys that are up, I'm happy we got Dermott as opposed to a 3rd rounder. Smart move getting a player that's helping keep us in the fight. Pretty obvious that our depth couldn't have handled it otherwise. |

He’s really a cut above the average bottom pairing dman.
Leafs are a cup fav for me, they must be stacked to have had him sitting in the press box multiple times |

I am sure all this recent success against all these non playoff teams is mostly because of the Dermott acquisition. Forget that Bo Demko Petey and JTM have been lights out but lets concentrate on the TDL arrivals.
I always say you can never have enough Ford Pintos in your garage. They ain't pretty but they will get you to where you are going. Well sometimes.

But yet folks still drove them knowing full well the gas tanks could explode at anytime. Very similar to the Canuck fan base. |

I guess playing against the best centres in the league isn’t that big of a deal, you’re right Nucker. I think you and Vantel should start a podcast. |

Canucks will keep him next season and then trade his rights away at the end of his contract.

I think he is great for what he is: a very capable 3rd pairing D man, who is young enough that he still might improve a little. There's about a 14% chance a 3rd round D pick plays 200 games in the NHL according to this https://myslu.stlawu.edu/...s/Schuckers_NHL_Draft.pdf and a 25% chance according to this https://dobberprospects.c...draft-pick-probabilities/
He's a good skater, good first pass, cheap contract, and stabilizes the depth. Don't know why he's got some guys Depends in a twist in here.

Showcasing him for a team needing a goalie in the off season. I wonder what GM will bite at that contract? Probably have to give up picks or prospects to get him. He’s got winning pedigree, so there is that. |

Maybe they are good at ignoring reality? Besides since when did a traded 3rd round pick deserve such scrutiny? Don’t answer I will it’s just ppl looking to be a drama queen. |
