If there was a lot to do them some of it would have been done at the deadline.
They are selling out crowds game after game. Canucks are the most popular thing in all of Vancouver . Team is making tons of money . They are playing 600 hockey. I don't think they view it as bad as people on social media and hockey sites think.
I think they will sign JTM on a 5x8 . Bo on a 6 x 7.5 and even Brock could get a 4 x 6.
Until they are gone they are not. As a season ticket holder I would be pissed to be on a playoff run and have JTM traded for a 1 & 3 and keeping Jason D1ckonson . You find a way to fit them in your cap . - VANTEL
Ya I don’t think anything major happens. |

I don't think Miller really wants to be here long term. If they can work a deal with Boeser not based on his qualifying offer, short term, fine. Bo at that term & price is fair.
Selling out and being popular again is a result of both COVID restrictions ending and the overwhelming sense of relief that Benning & Green are finally gone.
It also sounds like Boudreau may not be sticking around, so that might factor into things.
I'm happy that the new management group is not making rash decisions beyond acquiring Dermott and taking their time to assess the team. |

Which means you are moving some valuable assets to address that.
I don't think it's a very good team, there are some decent players but this team was put together with no plan beyond the following year. - Marwood

That's great and all. But I still think they need to make some serious improvements to reach the upper tier of the league. |

None of the players I mention are cap problems. They earn and will earn on new contracts. I agree there are pieces that need to be dealt with as far as cap goes. Hands may be tied on a couple though... and there lies the challenges left by previous management. The narrative that this team isn't very good is being destroyed in the year 2022 to date. That cannot be denied. People can project that all they want.

Here’s my take on Miller, the canucks gave him an opportunity that no one would have, the right thing to do would be to give back, we will see. |

Just so that you don't get too carried away, maybe check how many losses the Avalanche and Panthers have for the entire year. Nothing has been destroyed yet. They have a long way to go. |

I don't think he would be as successful on another team. This team he is the top forward . On LA Tampa NY no , on Buf Det Ott yes .
Canucks are the perfect storm for him so I agree. His young kids have been here for a while so ,it is hard for a family starting over. |

I know and very happy that those two (frank)heads are gone but it doesn’t erase the poopy start. The same group of guys are capable of some of the worst hockey I’ve ever seen. |

No offense, but you've lived a very sheltered hockey life. |

No one would have tried him at center, he has done very well at the position. He tries to do to much with the risky plays at times, reminds me of Lumme. |

If Boudreau isn’t back, I’m done with this team. Tired of inexperienced losing coaches. |

Trying to figure out why you are comparing elite teams when I never made that claim... since you are talking about getting carried away.

Sorry, I thought the goal of the exercise was to be among the best. You were talking about destroying a narrative when it's merely been dented. Maybe choose your words a little more wisely. |
