If Samuelsson can come back for atleast 5 of 6 and we can see a bit more of that top 4 D pairings. Could go a long way on how Adams approaches the offseason.

I have to admit that I was on the "blame Okposo" band wagon when the team struggled. To be sure I was not aware or rather I was ignorant to the fact that Okposo really cared about this city and his teammates. It's fitting that RJ calls Kyle dad because he has taken these young men under his wing and taught them to not only play the game the right way but to be responsible caring individuals. I recall just recently when the players were asked who they would want on the team to babysit their kids almost to a man they named Okposo. I have come full circle with my respect and admiration for Kyle and wish him well in the future. Oh and he will get that 20th I just know and he deserves it.

Upl definitely looked good briefly in buffalo this past season.

I'm worried about him, if he cant lead the amerks to a playoff run.

Need a solid vet like kuemper next season.

If upl beats him or earns more starts fine, but I wouldnt rely on him for the starter spot....

There's been multiple rumors of issues with Appert and him maybe being on the way out.

They play zero defense in Rochester.

yet he had the best GAA and save % for any sabres goalie this year playing more then 2 games

and our team was finding itself then with some brutal games

Agree with what you're saying with one exception: I'm not saying UPL has been great, but Rochester plays virtually zero defense. It's embarrassing how little defense they play.

It's a big part of the reason why UPL looked better during his time with the Sabres.
