Do you see him here after next season? 50/50? - Lunaion
I think he'll be a 4th line Sabre until he decides to hang up his skates. |

Read Tim Graham’s profile in The Athletic and then post this opinion again.
The guy is a warrior and and more importantly, a first-class human being - Hank Balling
He's been a good soldier, and deserves recognition for that. I would rather give the captaincy to someone who will still be here when this team is actually a playoff team. Okposo won't be that. |

So don't trade him at the deadline unless they're blown away by the return, but they've had no talks with him about an extension and it's clear he very likely does not have a spot on the roster next season.
I don't get it.
The last few weeks here really has cemented my belief that I don’t need Hinostroza on this team next season. I apologize if that offends but it simply wastes a roster spot.

Why is CA, and why has he been all season, immune from being pulled?
Has he been pulled this year? I don't remember one off hand. |

Tuch has made an indisputable case as well. The veteran leadership is in good hands. |

Anderson has to make that save. - gcomella34
My favorite Anderson sequence so far was when he fell down backwards into the net on his own while trying to get in position.
He looks tired, and worse, old. |

Eakin, Bjork, and Vinny can all go. |

Bjork is such a nothing that his name is never even mentioned in future plans. |

I really hope he retires. It should (in theory) force Adams to upgrade the goaltender position. |

curious if he wants to do that for a fraction of the salary

He already is. His actual salary is below his AAV at this point. |

This is a perfect game for the Pegulas to be at. They see exactly how far down goaltending drags this team. |

True enough, but frontloading his deal benefited him. This would be different.
