I was reading the other day about how many signs are at games now a days. Used to be a few little kids with signs, now it's adults asking players for sticks, pucks, shin guards and the left or right glove.

They did indeed. Can't wait for the tear down this summer.

Jim Benning was an absolutely awful GM and deserves approximately zero credit and I will not apologize for that stance.

The players themselves absolutely deserve a ton of credit for overcoming the shoddily constructed roster they were placed into.

Heard Drance compare re-signing JT Miller to Loui Eriksson on 650 today.

I know there's a risk in signing veterans to long-term contracts, but come on. Miller is going to exceed 90 points this season. We shouldn't be constantly fearing this type of extreme worst case scenario.

I don't want just picks back for Miller. Happy with a 1st plus whatever else, would like them to get the meat of the deal in young players/prospects, rather than just 3 1sts and 2 2nds kind of thing.
