I don't want just picks back for Miller. Happy with a 1st plus whatever else, would like them to get the meat of the deal in young players/prospects, rather than just 3 1sts and 2 2nds kind of thing. - NewYorkNuck
I've offered you right handed centers and you keep rejecting them |

Sorry man, I don't keep stats on every prospect every team has like someone *ahem ahem* in here does , so when you throw out random names I sometimes have no idea who they are.
I don't think high-end C is as pressing as high end D is, assuming Petey can take a bigger step into center next year. |

Definitely a Jimothy Timothy when he's bringing his A game, Jonathan Tonathan when he's coasting that sweet C+ backcheck |

Better trade him. Anyone over 30 should be traded. Signed to contracts 1 year in length and under 900k - manvanfan
Yes, obviously that’s one stupid extreme. But the other side is the fans who continually propose that players like JT Miller should take a shorter deal at a lower $ amount than is reasonable. You only have to look at NH’s CapFriendly page for some examples… |

He specifically called himself out on not winning faceoffs in the previous game, so safe to assume he's looking to improve there this summer |

Most fans one extreme to the other.
Like Boeser. He should come in at a team friendly deal that is lower value than all comparable players by a couple million.
Unfortunately Vancouver has taxes so it's never going to look as nice as some other contracts |

Somebody needs to play the PK and a right shot center.
Time to draft a D or two in the top rounds. Develop a culture in Abbotsford to grow players. |

Agree, though I don't think Miller has had a hugely positive impact on the PK this year? From what I remember his numbers are pretty underwhelming.
Either way they need to add a right handed center for 3C or 4C, I just think those are probably easier found in FA and trades rather than trying to get a young top end C back and push him immediately into a bigger role than they might be ready for. |

I wasn’t taking a shot at You, just fans in general.
But, the comparables are 8 x $8.5 so… |

Miller hasn't helped a miserable PK this year. There's just not a lot that are all that impressive on the PK in the league unless they play for Carolina. Then everyone is a PK superstar
3C or 4C isn't a huge role. I mean who cares if they are learning on the fly. Just traded Miller, team isn't worried about winning anyways. |

The most often comparable player I’ve heard is Mika Zibinejad’s 8 year $64m extension.
Before this season I thought it would cost $50m (7 x $7) to sign him. Now I think it will be closer to $60. |

Wagner is an absolute moron.
He still brings up things JB said 6 years ago. If anyone to was ever bring up his tweets and how bad they would have turned out. It might break twitter from laughter. - manvanfan
