Kole Lind with the opening goal vs Colorado today.

Everybody is benefiting from Benning in the NHL it seems.

Does he? I saw the goal but it's hard to tell.

I've seen the highlights of Seattle games. He looks much more adjusted to the league now that he's been allowed to play regularly.

Yes. Just did a blast from his goal line to the offensive zone. Didn't score but looked faster than every Av out there. I've watched them for a few periods over the last month. Very noticeable improvement.

Played a good game. Way quicker and way more direct than when he was with the Comets/Canucks.

That Beniers kid looks like he's gonna be a gooder too.

It is almost as if young players can get better if they work hard and develop. Crazy.

Klimovich is a legit powerforward, I liked how he threw his weight around, would be huge if he develops into a good top 9 forward.

Justin Bailey looks like a beast in the AHL, really shows you how big the gap is from being a good top 6 AHL player versus being a good 4th line NHL’er

Big fast & soft. Bailey cannot produce top 6 NHL & hasn’t figured out how to be bottom 6. Nice to groom a prospect like Klimovich & Bones. Euros should join next. McDonough late 2023 season.

Crazy how he hasn't seemed to develop his game to be able to hold down a spot in the NHL, after developing for so long in the AHL.

It seems all the chances in the NHL is certainly improving his AHL game though.

I did read an article once that said that the NHL is the #1 development league in the world.

Canucks playoffs chances looking slim... but if it goes down like:

Canucks:
Wild: W
Flames: W
Kraken: W (regulation)
Kings: W (regulation)
Oilers: W
Finish at 97 points

Vegas:
Sharks: W
Stars: W
Blackhawks: W
Blues: L or OTL
Finish at 96 points

Kings:
Blackhawks: W
Ducks: OTL
Kraken: W
Canucks: L (regulation)
Finish at 97 points

Canucks will have won more regulation wins than the Kings, so they get the third seed. Super easy, barely an inconvenience to get to the playoffs!

I know I said it ain't over till it's over but with the Kings win and the Canucks SO loss the other night. It ended. Then Vegas OT win last night.

Not getting that extra point hurt them this season.

Minytukov, C. Gauthier, Ryan Chesley are the 3 I'm looking at around that 16th spot.
