My two for a while now have been Trocheck and Nichushkin, but in order for that to work, they'd need to make a long term decision on at least one forward who they believe can be moved.

Just wanted to see what people are thinking. We probably have room for 1 forward. Unless Adams does something we don't expect.

That's the something we don't expect out of Adams. It's a big offseason in my opinion, the franchise could really turn the corner with the right moves.

So if you were able to add 1 top 9 forward to are group(being realistic) who would be your choice
1- Crouse
2- Nishnikin
3- Fiala- Would like him, but the cost and contract

Dahlin interview is nice. He gives a solid hockey answer about right v left side. It seems pretty clear he loves the right.

I think we make no moves up front. We get one thuggish d-man for a 6/7 role. And, we finally realize we are the Buffalo Sabres, and sign a FA goalie to a 1 or 2 year deal for a crazy amount of money.

Every time I hear Granato he talks (including the latest after practice interview) about this forward group like we'll be seeing them for a decade.

Sources have told me Anderson has a small injury tweek and isn't comfortable backing up Tokarski today, so Dell has been called up. The plan was to play Tokarski today anyway. Anderson is day-to-day.
