“Is that real? He just brought the Canadiens to the Stanley Cup final pretty much by himself, and the year after they are dead last without him. And that not even in his prime. The sad thing we will never know is how long he would of dominate without Kreider destroying his knee. And even with that he still was consider by his peers the best goalie in the world up to 2018… did that even happen once to Richter. Price unfortunately never had at least a decent team he could bring to the Cup.”
Not in his prime? You must be really proud of your prime viagra years.
Price was/is better no question, but Richter vs Canada in that one World Cup was some of the most dominant goaltending I've ever seen. Richter also won a cup. So maybe in a one game for everything situation, someone could make a solid argument in picking Richter over Price.

I believe you mean Emelin. Without his "help" Kreider skates right on by the net. Amazing to me how Habs fans still want no part of this truth.
Jeremy Roenick should be in the HoF long before either. Yes to Price. Yes to MaF. No to Mike Richter.
If I had one game to win it all I'd roll with either Price or Richter LONG BEFORE I'd even consider MAF. Fleury would give up a weak goal from distance or sharp angle that would be a backbreaker....
Even then, all 3 are HOF caliber
